We are seeking a Community Manager - Affordable for Sheffield Manor in Siler City, NC (36 units). Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position is part time at approximately 16-20 hours per week.

Summary of Position:

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
• Resident certifying
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
• Completing all lease paperwork
• Completing and processing applications
• Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
• Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
• Upkeep the office and clubhouse
• Rent collections
• Processing invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have reliable transportation
