Children's Apparel Network is Hiring a Production Coordinator Near New York, NY
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of our childrenswear collections to the customer.
- Coordinate and monitor the entire garment production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing and product development, to ensure seamless production flow and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor all buys and ensure that all purchase orders are created and sent with accurate information
- Collaborate with PD team on selecting accurate packaging & branding
- Communicate and follow up daily with suppliers and vendors overseas to track and expedite the delivery
- Follow up with teams on pending approvals ; lab dips, fit samples, PP samples & TOP samples.
- Work closely with PD to ensure there are no issues that would affect delivery to customer
- Review and approve pre-production and production samples to ensure they meet the desired quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all testing reports are submitted by the factories prior to shipment
- Approve care labels and carton markings
- Review all shipment schedules and approve bookings/Shipment approvals
