LVN Requirements

• Wound Care LVN must have current unrestricted LVN license in Texas
• Wound Care LVN must have 1yr Wound Care experience
• Wound Care LVN must have reliable car/auto insurance
• Wound Care LVN must have clean background and criminal record
• Wound Care LVN must understand regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Wound Care LVN must adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
