We have immediate openings for passionate and high-energy Inside Sales / Recruiters for a fast-growing company in Dallas-Fort Worth! In this position, you will work remotely to impact the company's mission by selling and placing qualified applicants in new careers.

As a Recruiter, you will work with the team to recruit new applicants, screen and present applicants to clients, and collaborate with others on the recruitment team to fill all job openings.

This role will daily call on clients and prospects to market qualified applicants.

Duties include :

• Making recruitment calls and screening job applicants
• Coordinating interviews
• Making sales calls to clients & prospects
• Collaborate with team members and clients on open positions
• Solve problems with 5 star customer service

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm

Requirements :

• Sales and / or recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• High-speed home internet service and a dedicated home workspace
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
