Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the operations of several dental offices
• Ensure that each office is following company policies and procedures while also providing high-quality patient care.
• Entering data using dental practice management software
• Generating reports for all activities
• Work with manageemnt to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Commit to serving as a business partner for the practices collaborating and developing production and financial goals
• Support the team through monthly meetings, team meetings weekly, and strong morning huddles
• Ensure that staff members are following company policies and procedures, providing high-quality patient care, and working efficiently.
• Posting payments made by patients
• Following up on non-paid and denied insurance claims
• Managing late payments and overdue accounts
• Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies

Required Skills/Abilities

• High school degree, GED or related
• Excellent communication skills preferred
• Proficient with data entry preferred
• Team and office management experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of success and results
• Financial management experience preferred
• Hiring, onboarding, and training experience preferred
• Has a positive attitude about the practice, the services provided, and the treatments presented
