Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Head of Pharmacology at Biocytogen in Waltham, MA. The Global Head of Pharmacology will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the pharmacology department. The role includes developing and executing pharmacological strategies, leading a team of scientists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic input for drug development programs. The Global Head of Pharmacology will also be responsible for maintaining scientific excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall success of Biocytogen's drug development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pharmacology and drug development
• Experience in leading and managing a team of scientists
• Expertise in developing and executing pharmacological strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for drug development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Immunology, or related field
