The Assistant will provide clerical support for the Account Management Team and reception desk. This is an entry level position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Account Managers with clerical support as needed
• Input job information into computer system
• Assist with processing job orders when necessary
• Log in job bags and refile
• Assists account management staff to cover desks when out
• Handle customer inquiries and help resolve any issues
• Data entry / updating database
• Other duties as assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year Office experience a must
• Strong computer skills a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis; Ability to establish and maintain goodwill with co-workers.
• Strong attention to details, good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
