Bluespring Wealth Partners is a leading acquirer and partner to the wealth management industry’s premier organizations. SUMMER INTERNSHIP:The 2024 Bluespring Wealth Partners Internship Program is an 8-week program running from June to July and is ideal for incoming Junior and Senior year college students pursuing areas of study in, but not limited to, Business, Finance, General Studies, and Management. The program focuses on development, professionalism, and affords participants real-world experience in running an entrepreneurial business and advising clients while gaining a deep understanding of the scope and opportunity that exists in the industry. Our '24 summer interns will make a tangible impact on our company, our teams, and our advisors in many areas of our business units and functions. They will be part of a cohort of smart, ambitious, and curious contributors. Annual Internship Program case study summer project based around a hypothetical wealth management client and scenario.
Individual projects designed to develop business and operational skills.
Shadowing and exposure to client meetings/calls, internal reviews of client cases, shadowing of individuals throughout the organization.

Intern Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Microsoft Office suite: Should understand basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Word functions
Highly motivated and driven individual
Demonstrated ability to work well with teams
Strong time-management capabilities
Analytical and problem-solving individual with the ability to understand and interpret numeric data
Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in working in a client-service oriented environment
Basic knowledge and/or a keen interest in finance and strong desire to gain further understanding of the wealth management business
