It is also a top producer of live multicamera news, sports, entertainment, and corporate broadcast productions. BMG has operations in New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Las Vegas.
Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is looking for an Associate Producer to support the ongoing operation of a financial OTT network in Chicago. This position will report to the network’s Executive Producer for instruction and guidance on the daily tasks required. The primary functions include supporting Producers with writing scripts, building graphics, research, and copyediting for shows. This position will be responsible for assisting Line Producers with daily tasks for a variety of shows, as producing shows themselves.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Segment producing for a number of shows, which includes building pre-templated graphics, writing scripts and copyediting
- Assisting Line Producers in various tasks as needed across a number of shows
- Following and updating show rundowns
- Writing script copy
- Managing and tracking the insertion and updating of video elements and graphics
- Producing promotional content as assigned
- Line producing shows one-two hours in length
Requirements:
- Must be located in Chicago, IL
- Must have experience producing in a live broadcast environment
- Must have experience using ENPS or a similar system
- Must have strong writing, producing, and news judgement skills
- Must have experience working in a studio environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple projects and ability to take initiative
- Must be team-oriented
- 5 years of relevant experience

- Experience working in the financial services industry or producing finance-related content
- Knowledge of investing and trading stocks
