Opportunity:

Our well-established law firm has an immediate opening for a motivated Wage-and-Hour Class Action Attorney to join our dynamic Employment practice group in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will bring at least one-year of experience specializing in employment litigation and wage-and-hour cases. Requirements:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
• Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience with employment litigation.
• Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
