Duties:

- Conduct inventory control and manage stock levels efficiently
- Utilize public speaking skills to engage with customers and promote products
- Demonstrate expertise in retail sales techniques to drive revenue
- Proficient in software applications to streamline operations
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus for customer interactions
- Apply retail math principles to analyze sales data and trends
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand customer base
- Implement upselling strategies to increase sales revenue
- Utilize sales management techniques to lead and motivate a team

Experience:

- Previous experience in inventory control or retail sales preferred
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in software applications for data management
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous
- Knowledge of retail math principles for analyzing sales performance
- Experience in cold calling and generating leads
- Proven track record in upselling products or services
