Looking for a Part Time Receptionist to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

Receptionist responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Handling Cash and Issue Receipts
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Florida Driver's License (Preferred)
