Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for leading a team, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the production process in the warehouse
- Ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor quality control standards and ensure that products meet specifications
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
- Operate machinery as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP Knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with assembly and fabrication processes
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments
