Responsibilities:

• process sales at the checkout
• assist customers with plant selection in the garden center
• restock plant benches from the production greenhouses and from deliveries
• unload trucks with deliveries of plants
• create attractive and educational merchandise displays
• maintain plants to include watering, weeding, pruning, and deadheading

Skills and Experience:

• plant identification and horticulture knowledge desired, but not required
• flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, including being able to work at least one weekend shift each week and at least two 6-hour shifts during the week.
• technology skills to operate our point of sale system, our scheduling software, and Google applications
• excellent communication and customer service skills
