Job Description

BathWorks is excited to be expanding and growing, and as a result we need a self-motivated leader to join the team. This sales manager will meet with customers on sales ride along opportunities, provide mentoring, training, and coaching to our talented sales staff helping them exceed personal and company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Summary:

Manage the sales of company’s products within a geographic area while ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenue through sales ride along opportunities, recruiting, training, deployment, and management of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, understand contracts, continually improve processes, and create a positive buying experience for our customers

Requirements:

  • Clear track record of strong sales and team leadership achievements.
  • High sense of urgency with strong competitive drive
  • 3 years in Home Improvement Sales Management preferred
  • Meeting with customers on sales ride-along opportunities
  • Assist with recruiting and training of new sales staff.
  • Mentoring, training, and motivating existing sales staff.
  • Manage and train sales staff in proper documentation of sales contracts, supporting documentation, and customer communication.
  • Continual evaluation of sales team performance, including goal setting long and short
  • Coordinate communication between the production department, administration, and other departments.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and develop sales forecast for territory to the Owner and Chief Operating Officer.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Superb analytical and writing skills
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Proven one-call closing abilities
  • Must pass background check and provide employment references
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree Preferred
