Payroll Administrator/Staffing

Salary- Commensurate with qualifications and experience

The Payroll Administrator/Staffing must be organized and self- motivated. Human resource skills are necessary for interviewing caregiver applicants and performing background checks and reviews. Good math understanding and recognition will is necessary for scrutinizing time sheets, sign in/out reports, invoicing and various other documentation. In addition, you will visit new prospective clients/patients to discuss needs for their loved one. The Payroll Administrator/Staffing Manager must also assist the Staffing Coordinator in ensuring that our company’s staffing needs are met.

• This is a management level opportunity with a Home Care business located in the Jackson MS metro area. The staff, under your direction, is 1 Staff Coordinator and 50-100 caregivers.

• The Payroll Administrator must have friendly customer service skills to communicate with residents, their family and friends. Computer Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media, Email, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
