An Assisted Living Facility located in Queens county is looking for experienced Marketers.

Marketer / Community Liaison Responsibilities :

-Meet with Nursing Homes / Hospitals discharge planners & case managers

- Build relationships with healthcare providers, nursing homes, physicians, hospitals, and community organizations to generate referrals.

- Work closely with healthcare professionals, admissions, to ensure a seamless transition for new residents.

Marketer / Community Liaison Requirements:

Marketing Experience in a long term facility. Preferably Assisted Living /Nursing Home or similar.
