The Foundation is seeking a program associate to work with the senior program officer and the director of Casey’s Family and Youth Financial Stability, as well as other staff. The program associate helps develop, assess, report on and advance the goals of the Foundation’s financial stability and assets portfolio and cross-cutting initiatives. This work includes contributing to the design and strategic planning of investment strategies; helping senior staff, partners and grantees advance policy and practice improvements that benefit low-income families; working with internal and external partners to assist in analyzing and disaggregating population and performance data; reporting on results and presenting the work of key initiatives and grantees; and identifying areas in need of capacity building and innovation.
