Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in nursing with a valid New Jersey RN license.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with at-risk youth.
- Experience in developing and implementing activities/curriculum for varied learning styles.
- At least one year of direct nursing supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license which has been in good standing for the previous six months.
- Strong affinity for working with teenagers.
- CPR Certification.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent results and quality performance.
- Sound, mature judgment skills.
- Trauma-sensitive/strengths-based approach with excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently, flexibly, and with good humor.
- Success in roles requiring timely execution of tasks while managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm.
- Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to teenagers with moderate to complex emotional/psychological problems.
