Antolino & Associates is Hiring a M&A Sales and Marketing Associate Near Columbus, OH

Position: M&A Sales and Marketing Associate

Looking for a seasoned sales and marketing person to help our inorganic growth efforts. We have acquired 4 advisory firms in the past couple years and are looking to escalate our efforts by hiring a full-time person to assist in all parts of the process for our acquisition efforts, from marketing, sourcing leads, proactive outreach and setting up introductory meetings with a partner of the firm. Your goal will be to help us get 2 new deals per year.

This position is based in Columbus, OH. We have multiple offices and are looking to grow. Your compensation will be salary with significant upside if certain results are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Go through Level I and Level II Antolino & Associates, Inc. training with Jesse Wohl, who will teach you everything he can to achieve success in this position. You and Jesse will work closely together on our acquisition efforts, from sourcing leads to closing the deal. Jesse has been our leader in the position for the past 5 years.
  • Identify RIA firms that potentially fit our target.
    • Leverage technology databases to come up with a “list” of targets.
    • Vet targets by reviewing website, ADV and other research
  • Lead our marketing efforts to leverage introductions from Centers of Influence (COI). Pursue activity that promotes collisions with targets or COI’s like attending conferences, lunches, study groups etc.
  • Improve existing and create new materials that will help us get in front of more ideal targets with successful campaigns and generate more introductory meetings. This includes email templates, letters, handouts, presentations. Upkeep our webpage dedicated to acquisition efforts.
  • Proactive outreach directly to our qualified targets. Phone calls, emails, direct mail, online messaging, in-person visits.
  • Your main goal will be to tee up intro meetings with qualified targets for Jesse Wohl. You may develop skills and join intro meetings so you can have the ability to hold these in the future to further qualify a candidate and get them excited to potentially engage in a Succession Feasibility Study.
  • Promote our culture of optimism and happiness for both employees and clients.

Education, Experience and Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Sales experience required
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining successful interpersonal relationships
