Their primary responsibility will be to coordinate communications and product requirements between contract customers and the internal team. Think you have what it takes? What your day will look like:

• Coordinating and maintaining inventory of all tools and equipment delivered from and returned to customers.
• Providing BOM details to the finance team and ensuring the correct materials are assigned to each job.
• Providing excellent customer service for our contract accounts and acting as a point of contact
• Providing estimated lead times, order tracking and confirming availability of product inventory
• Partnering with the Director of Sales to ensure sales targets are being met
• Attending client meetings as required
• Handling all returns and issue resolutions for shipping, quality or manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing contract accounts

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of prior sales experience; manufacturing sales experience preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel as needed
