**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.

**Duties:**

- Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve technical problems

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems

- Utilize help desk tools such as Jira and ServiceNow to track and resolve issues promptly

- Assisting in onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding personnel.

- Analyze system performance data to optimize IT operations

-Learn and work on endpoint management and the related software.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field

-Three to five years of similar experience

-Strong techinical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
