We are currently seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our Tarpy team. We are top notch, full-service heating & air conditioning service provider located in Santee, CA. We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

Qualifications

* Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation

* A high school diploma or GED equivalent

* Working knowledge of national codes and best practices

* Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)

* Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* A valid driver's license

* Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
