Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Creating job ads and postings, managing advertising and budgets
• Sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified Class A CDL company drivers through various advertising mediums and lead generation
• Reviewing applications to determine if applicants are qualified, conducting phone interviews to determine candidate eligibility
• Developing and maintaining a database and pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinating the scheduling of interviews
• Maintaining and updating job requisitions and candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System
• Creating a positive candidate experience
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of driver labor markets
• Collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Tracking and reporting on all recruiting activities on a routine basis
• Developing networks with external sources to improve sourcing opportunities continually
• Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates through a variety of sources, electronically (video, chat, text), by phone, and in-person, and promoting a positive business environment as a source of guidance for candidates

Other Duties:

• Attend job fairs and community events.
• Manage social media posting and employer branding.
• Assist with recruiting for all company positions.
• Coordinate with the company SWAG store and handle new hire boxes.
• Assist with HR, compliance, or operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge or understanding of the commercial driving industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain organizational skills
• Capable of working well with coworkers and candidates, providing top-notch customer service
• Ability to work quickly with a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs and Google Suite.
• Proficient in using different computer systems, including ATS (applicant tracking system), to complete job duties
• Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional attitude.
