Responsibilities:
-Maintaining medical records
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient medical histories
- Handle financial transactions and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide understanding and compassion towards the clients with hospitalized and visiting pets.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is for 30 hours a week, requires drug screening (INCLUDING MARIJUANA) and a schedule that allows you to work 10-12 hours shifts, three days a week.
