* WE ARE HIRING FOR Swanzey NH * Part-Time Site Inspector needed for our storage facilities in Swanzey NH. Roughly 10 hours per week 1099 – independent contractor $17-$19/hour Duties: Twice Weekly Drive/walk through the entire facility Check for damages Check for empty units Clean out empty units Overlocks and unlocks as requested by site manager Pick up any trash found on-site. Check for locked open units. Check for anything out of the ordinary Take pictures with smartphone – must have a smart phone Repairs and maintenance tasks as requested by maintenance manager Meet with contractors as requested by maintenance manager Meet with customers for assistance Weeding and light landscaping duties Unit cleanouts and moving heavy items Assess damage Light duty repair and maintenance Other, as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
Note: Previous experience as an Inspector or familiarity with quality control processes is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
