Description: Buildings and Grounds/Transportation - Shift will be from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Summary: Position primarily involves cleaning of building and maintaining the school grounds including snow/ice removal. Some building repairs and maintenance also involved as well as assisting in classroom set ups and moves. Job duties may include fueling vans, cleaning vans, maintaining oil changes, maintain routine vehicle inspections, maintaining and changing tires, making minor repairs, picking up and dropping off vans as necessary.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have a valid drivers license, be able to lift 50 pounds. Experience with Google is preferred. Experience in a school setting preferred.
Working Conditions: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily; Eligible for medical and dental insurance; vision insurance is optional; participation in Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund; ten sick days; can contribute to 403b plan and credit union
