Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled service technician who can perform thorough home inspections, provide regular maintenance on Acculevel products, assess the repairs made, investigate the customer’s complaint, and determine the best course of action that will lead to a satisfied customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the building trades, preferably in foundation systems, water drainage, and concrete work (training provided if necessary).
• 3-5 years of experience in customer relations is preferred, but some experience is a must!
• Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Become an expert on all Acculevel products and services.
• Resolve conflicts with unhappy customers and empathize with their concerns.
• Evaluate potential misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis of issues.
• Present the best and most accurate solutions to homeowners.
• Negotiate costs of new or additional work that may have become necessary.
• Perform service or modifications to existing Acculevel systems and equipment.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Active listening skills to understand customers' needs.
• Adaptability and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc.
• Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software and technology.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
