We are looking for an articulate, professional and compassionate Collection Agent to expand our team. The Collection Agent will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts by frequent communication and hand-delivering accounts to the appropriate legal team when necessary. Applicants should have a strong work ethic and prior experience in collections, and should possess strong communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assign payments to customer invoices.
- Provide receipts and confirmations for customer payments.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
