9Wood Inc. is currently recruiting for a full time Production HR Specialist. This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking daily production attendance for both 9Wood employees and temporary employees.

The ideal candidate will posses the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, have computer and technological skills and demonstrate attention to detail.

About the role

You will assist our Human Resources and production departments. Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Monitor and track daily production attendance for 9Wood employees and temporary employees.
• Coordinate with temporary agencies to staff positions needed to meet production requirements.
• Assist the HR Manager and HR Coordinator with filing, data entry, and various HR duties.
• Provide tours of the facility to new hires and temporary employees.

Skills and experience desired

• Self-stater who can follow Standard Operating Procedures and follow those directions on their own.
• Computer software experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to suggest process improvements to HR staff.
• This is a unique office-based role located inside our production facility. You will need to both be comfortable in an office environment as well as the production environment which includes careful observation of your surroundings at all times.
