Responsible for managing marketing programs for a corrugated packaging and point of purchase display company. The Marketing Manager is expected to generate leads, create valuable content, nurture relationships, and drive sales within the B2B sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience segments.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing (Constant Contact), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, & Instagram), content marketing, events, and advertising tailored to the B2B audience.
Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, including content offers and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, SWOT analyses, and customer needs within the B2B market.
Partner with our dedicated third-party digital agency to manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and PPC campaigns. You may be expected to adjust the website, therefore web development experience is necessary.
Create compelling B2B-focused content such as case studies, blog posts, videos, images, and presentations to engage target audiences and support sales efforts. Manage a Content Calendar to keep on schedule for consistency and strategic continuity.
Assist and collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sales process and drive conversion.
Utilize data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and drive ROI.
Manage the marketing budget effectively; staying within budget and allocating resources to maximize results and meet objectives.
Work closely with other internal departments, such as the Sales Department and Design Department, to better enable marketing efforts.
Collaborate with and manage outside partners and agencies as needed, to ensure they are keeping up with their assigned tasks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
5 Years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Ability to write accurate, effective, and compelling content for various marketing channels and campaigns. Ability to utilize creative writing capabilities for more motivational and engaging content. Ability to correspond professionally in writing via email to all stakeholders.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Ability to critically analyze and interpret data and make data-driven decisions that defend your decision making. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficiency in Google Analytics.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web operating systems, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Proficiency in a Microsoft application environment and hands-on experience in supporting a Microsoft work environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for photography and graphic content (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
Proficiency with HubSpot (Sales Hub and/or Marketing Hub).
Proficiency in Premiere Pro for videography.
Experience posting on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Experience using email marketing tools such as Constant Contact.
