Senior AEM Specialist

Be a part of our Digital Services team by providing strategic direction and technical expertise to advance our company’s website on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience managing complex websites and a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in web development, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages all operational and configuration aspects of the AEM platform, including content management, template definitions, site architecture, and user experience enhancements.
• Participates in the strategic development and execution of our website roadmap, understanding our organizational goals and aligning these to the Adobe MarTech stack and industry best practices.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all AEM-related initiatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the content authoring and marketing teams.
• Directs the implementation of non-engineering-based website enhancements, new features, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Oversees the AEM operational content management process, ensuring the timely and accurate deployment of content across all digital channels.
• Works with the analytics resource to understand website performance and user behavior. Use this data to conduct regular audits, implement improvements to enhance usability, SEO performance, and overall web accessibility.

Target hiring salary range is $118,300 - $153,800 and offer rate is based on experience.

Opportunity for discretionary Annual Company-wide bonus.
