Acera Surgical is Hiring a Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist Near St. Louis, MO

The Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist serves as the liaison between Acera, its customers and our sales team across the United States. The primary focus of this role is to take orders from the sales team and customers and input those orders into Acera’s order processing system. Customer Service team is primary for pick, pack, and shipping product to customer expeditiously. Customer Service/Sales Support Specialists work primarily via email and phone from our St. Louis Office.


Responsibilities

  • Processes customer orders and efficiently via emails and phone calls from customers and sales team.
  • Communicates updates on order status, inventory, pricing, and shipping information to customer and sales field.
  • Consults with sales, management, other departments, and outside partners to ensure orders ship on time.
  • Helps resolve any sales and/or customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when required.
  • Performs, organizes, and streamlines operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
  • Maintains accuracy of the order process and inventory system. Updates procedures as necessary.
  • Ensures internal sales team is fully stocked with inventory and replenish when requested.
  • Provides the customer with exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management and monthly reconciliation.
  • Other sales support and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and leverage technology to increase productivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as a TEAM.
  • Possess outstanding decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have accuracy in data entry and excellent attention to detail.
  • High-quality standards in written communication.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to interact with sales, management, and customers effectively.
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change or unexpected events.
  • Maintain high-performance standards and perform independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Self-motivated who takes the initiative to assist management when opportunities arise.
  • Possess potential for leadership abilities.

Experience

  • 2 years of sales support and/or customer service experience.
  • 2 years in order processing experience.
  • Proven track record of success providing support to both internal and external customers.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with clinical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs are pluses.
