The Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist serves as the liaison between Acera, its customers and our sales team across the United States. The primary focus of this role is to take orders from the sales team and customers and input those orders into Acera’s order processing system. Customer Service team is primary for pick, pack, and shipping product to customer expeditiously. Customer Service/Sales Support Specialists work primarily via email and phone from our St. Louis Office.
