As the Medical Records Central Supply Clerk at Accel at Willow Bend in Plano, TX, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the nursing staff. This person will establish and maintain organized medical records and files. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that is recognized for their achievements and contributions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains established medical record files
  • Files resident information on individual charts
  • Establishes and maintains supplies inventories
  • Ability to work occasional weekends as manager on duty
  • Receives and distributes nursing supplies
  • Monitors medical and form inventories to assure adequate supply levels
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation for nursing department
  • May prepare and/or submit forms and documentation to and/or from physicians
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Previous medical record experience is required
  • Long Term Care industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
