We have been providing top quality Custom Services in Williamsburg and the surrounding Hampton Roads area since 1987.

Responsibilities-

* Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entering our showroom.

* Update and maintain information in company database.

* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.

* Observe all safety regulations.

Qualifications

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

* Motivated self-starter, growth oriented and goal driven.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal skills with comprehensive knowledge of grammar, composition, and spelling.

* Ability to effectively communicate/present information and ideas in written and verbal format to customers in person or via telephone, email, social media, etc.

* Ability to maintain complete and accurate records and files.

* Very strong computer skills to include data entry skills with the ability to quickly learn new software. (Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

* Ability to quickly and accurately access, analyze, prioritize and organize changing information from a variety of staff functions.

* Inside or outside sales experience in the promotional products, advertising and apparel industries is preferred but not required.
