Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor vehicle inspections in ticketing platform to identify service work needed.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Prioritize vehicles by urgency of service needed.
• Monitor time approvals in ticketing system and payroll system.
• Consult with mechanic technicians to determine the nature of vehicle problems and required repairs.
• Monitor parts inventory and ensure correct parts are available.
• Maintain compliance with MDOT inspections.
• Maintain MSHA/OSHA compliance by performing annual inspections on heavy equipment, including cranes.
• Monitor cleanliness of shop to ensure safe operations and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure technicians wear proper PPE and comply with safety procedures.
• Keep paperwork and records neat and organized.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
