We have a client located in the Miami, Fl area that has an immediate need for a Senior VP of Manufacturing. You will be responsible for:

Develop and execute a forward-looking engineering strategy aligned with the company’s vision to excel in Radio Frequency (RF) and broadband amplifier manufacturing.

Oversee product manufacturing, ensuring consistent quality and performance standards.

Identify training opportunities for manufacturing staff to enhance skills and minimize errors.

Lead a collaborative, creative, and continuously improving multidisciplinary manufacturing team.

Drive innovation in materials and manufacturing processes to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch existing and new products within budget.

Streamline engineering processes to align with production capabilities.

Address production bottlenecks and delays by ensuring necessary resources are available.

Implement efficient inventory control and production planning procedures.

Maintain stringent quality control during new product development and final production.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of electronics manufacturing and management experience.

Leadership experience preferred, including outside durable goods manufacturing.

Strong technical expertise in design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Success in bringing innovative products to market.

Knowledge of RF circuit fundamentals and advanced design techniques.

Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Experience with electronics manufacturing and design service suppliers.

Ability to integrate RF Amplifiers with 1.8 GHz Smart Amplifier platforms.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
