KTL Solutions is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Frederick, MD

Company Description:

KTL Solutions is a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner and RPO. KTL offers customers in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) a full suite of Azure Government, GCC, GCC-High, CMMC & NIST Compliance services. In addition, KTL will review all current policies, practices, procedures, plans and controls and produce a comprehensive CMMC Gap Analysis Report that can be used as a roadmap to CMMC and NIST compliance.

We are experiencing significant growth and searching for a business development professional to add to our team. This individual will build pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target mid-market Commercial & Government accounts. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching KTL Solutions' products and services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Account Executives to generate new leads & opportunities.
  • Meet & Exceed Quarterly KPIs
  • Daily outbound calling & prospecting. 75-100 activities daily.
  • Leverage social media, email, & phone to generate qualified meetings.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment with Technical Specialists, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Complete Microsoft certifications & stay up to date on Microsoft technologies & KTL professional services.
  • Report on opportunities & pipeline regularly to the Account Executives.
  • The role is located in Frederick, MD. Some work from home is acceptable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of successful business development experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Modern Work, Dynamics, Azure)
  • Experience using CRMs, LinkedIn SalesNav, Zoominfo, SaleIntel, Etc.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate with C-suite executives.

Compensation:

KTL provides a competitive base salary, bonus plan, 401K w/Company match, Health Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental), expense reimbursement, Laptop, and a great working environment.

The estimated base salary for this role is $50,000- $65,000. This role is eligible to participate in KTL's bonus plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive a total on-target earnings of $62,000- $83,000.
