Job Description / Requirements
- Uses in-depth knowledge for product application to assist customers in selecting products for their project.
- Fill customer needs for framing lumber, windows, interior and exterior doors, as well as other specialty building materials.
- Ensure quality customer service with customers.
- Develop pricing strategy with manager to achieve maximum profitability and sales growth.
- Excellent, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Read and understand construction drawings for estimating project material cost.
- Developing bid proposals.
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
