Job Title: Maintenance Technician - unit turnover

Overview:

Legacy Property Management is a premier property management firm established in 2006. Headquartered in Clackamas, OR, we manage over 100 single and multi-family properties in the Greater Portland Area. With our rapidly growing property portfolio, we are seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing units for move-in of new tenants
• Painting, drywall repairs, hardware replacement, replacing appliances, light electrical and plumbing work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure all work orders and maintenance records are properly documented.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs or ladders.
• High school diploma or equivalent
