Our restoration partners in Milwaukee and Waukesha are currently looking to add Construction Estimators to their team. This 1st shift position is a Direct Hire or temp- pre opportunity, meaning benefits are available straight away! This position pays between $70,000-$95,000 per year (plus commissions), depending on experience. Duties:

The duties of the Construction Estimator are:

• Manage ongoing construction and insurance restoration projects
• Maintain and manage key accounts/clients
• Provide a detailed scope of loss and estimate on construction projects
• Prepare documents necessary for mortgage company and escrow accounts & communication to Administration
• Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, changes orders, certificates of completions and other pertinent paperwork
• Coordinate financials including invoices, draws and final payment
• Meet/exceed RMS scoring metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3 or more years in estimating for construction or restoration companies
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Experience using Xactimate
• Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Maintain and obtain IICRC certifications
