What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a self- stater that is organized and has a passion for customer service. You will have 5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting or General Admin.
What you’ll do:
The AP & Contract Coordinator will provide accounting support and is responsible for all accounts payable functions, contract monthly balancing and entry, supply order processing and billing.
· Managing accounts payable using industry standard software and other programs.
· Establishing and maintain relationships with new and existing Vendors.
· Processing PO invoices, Monthly expenses and payments in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
· Assisting with account balancing and month closing procedures.
· Inputting and balancing Customer Service contracts
· Processing monthly billing
· Customer supply orders
Updating/maintaining billing/supply reporting systems
