What can you expect? As the Office Manager for the Brice Salt Lake City Office, you will manage the various technical and administration functions to ensure efficient and effective operations of the office. Your personal initiative and critical thinking skills are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. Assignments are deadline driven so you must be able to set priorities, take ownership of projects, work efficiently, and provide a consistent level of high quality in a high-pressure environment. How will you do it? Manage the day-to-day operations of the Salt Lake City office 10 in size. Provide administrative support for teleworking and project-based personnel. Work directly with the Operations Support Manager. Liaison between offices to ensure company-wide consistency for processes. Subject matter expert of the travel and expense policy; process employee expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and ensure timely processing. Manage all office purchases, maintenance requests, and office vendors for Salt Lake City. Provide various project support; short-term housing, document and submittal reproduction, logistics and additional tasks as needed. Point of Contact for any building, office, or security issues. Assist with coordination of new hires based in Salt Lake City. Process invoices, vendor statements and vendor dispute resolution for Salt City Lake office and projects. Schedule meetings and coordinate catering. Provide Public Notary Services. Communicate pertinent office information to Salt Lake City staff. Attend weekly Teams meetings with the Operations Support team. Additional support as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Background in administrative and accounting functions Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi-business environment. Who is Brice Engineering looking for? Minimum Qualifications: Four years’ experience working in a professional office environment preferred. Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred. Experience with environmental projects and federal contracting preferred.
