JOB SUMMARY:

Bluberi Gaming is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Product Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within North American and International gaming markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance across various jurisdictions, supporting operational tasks, and fostering a culture of governance within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead compliance efforts ensuring adherence to jurisdictional regulations, managing relationships with regulatory approvers, and representing Bluberi as a customer-facing compliance expert.
• Produce comprehensive documentation on compliance requirements and product specifications, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal stakeholders and conduct thorough reviews of product documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business development by providing technical expertise on compliance requirements for new markets and products, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Lead internal compliance audits, represent Bluberi at industry events, and manage submissions to certification labs, including communication and escalation of issues.
• Support Sales, Service, Production, Quality, and Product Management teams by answering questions on markets, facilitating communication with BMM, and managing project follow-ups and documentation. Provide guidance and support to the product management team on compliance-related matters, helping to inform product development strategies.
• Develop effective relationships with Engineering design teams to ensure all salable products meet required regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Product Compliance within the casino gaming industry, demonstrating expertise in regulatory requirements and processes.
• Strong familiarity with jurisdiction regulators and proven experience working with third-party regulatory approvers like GLI and BMM for product certifications.
• Exceptional communication and technical writing skills, with a customer-facing background and ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Based in Las Vegas, willing to travel approximately 10% of the time, with a detail-oriented approach and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ideally Tableau/NetSuite, with knowledge of slot machine math, technical specifications, and casino management systems.
• Preference for experience in engineering or computer science, and familiarity with Intertek for UL certification on hardware.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
