Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration work in residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to build, repair, and restore damaged structures.
- Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures as necessary.
- Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other affected materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects.
- Document all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction and restoration purposes.
- Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
- Understanding of fire restoration processes and best practices.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
