This person will be the lead in all maintenance of the business property including: Office, Warehouse, Yard, Grounds. This will be 100% hands on handling all tasks from Landscaping to electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Janitorial, Painting, Dry Wall repair....and whatever else comes up in the day!

Although you will conduct most of the work independently, you will be part of a team with whom you will need to teach or learn amongst each other so all develop cross functional skills.

This is a high visibility position and requires someone who can speak to the CEO to the Fab Yard workers.

REQUIRED:

Knowledgable with building maintenance and repairs principles
Professional Demeanor
Experienced with Hand Tools
Self-Motivated, timely, consistant
Self-Awareness to ask questions as needed to complete tasks
Bilingual Spanish is a requirement

Pay: $22.99 - $27.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
