Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our location in Rockwall, TX. The Architect will be responsible for software development, architectural design, integration, and project management. They will be involved in creating and implementing architectural solutions and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The Architect will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the development process.

- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Software Development and Integration
- Proven ability in Project Management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the human resource industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
