Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license.
• Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.
• Previous experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

LPN job duties and responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
• Assess and evaluate resident needs.
• Document accurate and thorough medical records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, address concerns, and coordinate care.
