Independent Services Network is a private Human Services Company in NH seeking the services of a creative, dynamic, self-directed professional to lead its Day Program in Claremont, NH and surrounding areas. The Day Program Manager will be responsible for implementing programmatic and administrative leadership for a successful community-based day program in accordance with the mission and goals of ISN. This position will be responsible for leading a team of committed Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and have the ability to interface with internal managers and personnel, as well as, families, contracting and regulatory parties.

**SIGN-ON BONUS $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time positions**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations of the program and managing a team of DSPs
• Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality, training, documentation, and team performance
• Plan and maintain staffing schedule, provide staff supervision, evaluate staff and complete staff performance reviews, actively participate in all internal and external meetings.
• Responsible for working directly with consumers as necessary, and accountable for the management of funds.
• Provide on-call assistance as needed to assure appropriate handling of situations and responsible for resolving operational and maintenance issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant management experience
• Experience with job development/job placement
• Strong programmatic skills required
