Description
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Prepare and deliver all drinks according to their order, maintaining company recipes and any customer special requests.
· Prepares food for re-sale.
· Enters and completes customers’ orders on computer system, accepting different types of payment.
· Maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment.
· Always delivers quality customer service.
· Presents a positive attitude towards the job.
· A passion to work in a Café/Coffee atmosphere.
· California Food Handlers card is required for all food service employees who prepare, store, and serve food.
· Previous Barista Experience
· Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests)
· Previous Coffee bean roasting experience is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimes-pressurized environment.
· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., as needed.
